Stronger Relationships.

Better Results.

Elevate Your “Leadership State”

Your  Leadership State is your way of being in relationship to yourself and to others.

It’s a dynamic system.

Your environment – internal and external – influences you.

You influence your environment – and the way others show up.

Kimberly Gonsalves, PCC, CPCC, MGSCC

I leverage 20 years experience in corporate banking and communication skills training to support organizations in building effective leaders and teams by harnessing the power of stronger relationships to drive even greater results.

Relationships, trust, and accountability form the foundations of effective leadership.

A healthy culture is one where every team member

  • feels a strong sense of belonging and significance
  • is empowered to contribute their best
  • and equipped to deliver even greater results

About

My corporate background includes roles at two of the world’s largest banks, serving Fortune 500 clients. As one of only two female bankers in a large branch office of a global bank, I understand how differences can impact communication and relationships, and the challenges women face.

As a communication skills trainer for a global nonprofit, I led workshops in the U.S., China, and Spain, equipping educators and mental health professionals with a toolbox of respectful relationship skills to share with their clients

  • Belonging and significance
  • Self-awareness
  • Emotional intelligence and emotion regulation in high stakes moments
  • Accountability with dignity and respect
  • Constructive Conflict
  • Encouragement, growth mindset, building on strengths
  • Promoting teamwork

I count mindfulness, self-compassion, and a sense of humor as indispensible skills.

My two adult children and husband have been among my best teachers.

I’m a third generation small business owner, very familiar with the dynamics of family enterprise.

Outside of work, I prefer to be outdoors on the beautiful trails of the San Francisco peninsula!
